We need to look at the issue of #homelessness. The #foodsecurity. After everybody is #housed, they get #groomed-#uplifting (#teeth). Those #addicted to #DrugsAndAlcohol, be #weaned off slowly. Only then can we start to #dress the #wounds of #DrugAddiction.
