You worked on SU Mar 29/28 and potentially could have been in contact with a patient suspected with COVID. I don't want to alarm you but just taking precautionary measures to inform you and for you to contact the PHA...should you have any symptoms and to call me immediately.-Mgmt

Mar 29/30 I worked. Have been self isolating. My main concern and why I asked for a leave of absence is when cleaning a room in Acute on the #80 side, a woman asked she had and she told she had a bad flu called #COVID19! Had to #selfisolate. Why submit an ROE? Prefer LOA.
